I really need help with my meditation! I have always been too stressed out or had too much on my mind and can't seem to be able to put it all aside to meditate! I was able to when I was younger but now I just can't seem to get there...I have tried various times with various suggestions but none of it seems to work for me.I can't get my mind to shut down enough or to let the outside distractions not bother me. I know mentally and physically I need this time of meditation to rejuvenate and to do my workings. I also have sleep apnea so I don't sleep very well at all and am always tired so I need some quiet downtime!Please Help Me!! I am open to trying any and all suggestions! Thank You!
